Where these controls apply

Registration, deposits, play, withdrawals and account administration are subject to Verde's anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing controls.

What customers must do

Supply accurate details, respond to verification requests and use only payment methods or wallets you control. Suspicious activity may lead to restrictions or reporting.

Documents used to verify identity

Verde may request a passport or official identification showing name, photograph, birth date and citizenship. Checks may also involve a selfie, address evidence, dated note, telephone call or video call.

Evidence of fund and asset origins

Higher-risk cases may require documents explaining the source of deposits, wallets or assets. Account statements, payment records and income evidence are examples of material that may be requested.

Using your own payment methods

Deposits must use your own money. Third-party payment methods or wallets may be refused, and withdrawals can be paused while checks take place.

Review of account transactions

Verde reviews deposits, stakes, cashouts, devices, locations and linked accounts for patterns associated with fraud, sanctions avoidance or money laundering.

Additional checks in higher-risk cases

Unusual activity, politically exposed persons and higher-risk transactions or jurisdictions may receive extra scrutiny. Verde may request further documents or temporarily restrict account functions.

Activities that may be reported

Fraud, identity misuse, stolen payment instruments, collusion, duplicate accounts, sanctions breaches and hidden fund origins or destinations are prohibited. Relevant authorities may receive reports.

Keeping audit records

Audit and activity records are kept under applicable anti-money laundering law for the period set out in the Privacy Policy.
